- Furbo offers standard shipping rates for all COD orders at flat ₹80/-.
- Shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location and product availability. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 days after payment confirmation.
- Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for expedited shipping options, which can be selected during the checkout process.
Shipping Address:
- Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.
- Furbo is not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Tracking Orders:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
- Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your order.
Damaged Products:
- In the rare event that your Furbo product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 Days of receiving your order.
- To facilitate a prompt resolution, please provide detailed information and, if possible, photographic evidence of the damage.
- Furbo will arrange for a replacement of the damaged product at no additional cost to you.
Return Policy:
- Furbo does not accept returns for reasons other than product damage.
- If you receive a damaged product, you may be eligible for a replacement as per our damaged product policy outlined above.
- Returns or exchanges for reasons other than product damage will not be accommodated.
